Founded in 1979, HarperWhitfield P.C. has been helping individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations navigate financial decisions with confidence for more than 45 years. Rooted in the Farmington Valley, we've built our reputation on trusted relationships, technical excellence, and personalized service—growing alongside the communities and clients we proudly serve.

With offices in Farmington and Simsbury, Connecticut, we provide accounting, tax, audit, advisory, and consulting services to clients throughout Connecticut and across the United States. While our reach extends far beyond our local community, our approach remains grounded in the values that have defined our firm since the beginning: integrity, responsiveness, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping our clients succeed.

Our professionals combine deep technical expertise with a relationship-driven approach. We take the time to understand each client's goals, challenges, and opportunities, delivering thoughtful solutions tailored to their unique needs. Whether we're providing tax planning, audit and assurance services, business advisory, or strategic consulting, our focus is on creating lasting value and becoming trusted advisors for every stage of our clients' journeys.

As a proud member of CPAmerica, one of the nation's largest associations of independent CPA and advisory firms, HarperWhitfield offers clients the personalized attention of a local firm backed by the knowledge and resources of an extensive national and global network.

Just as importantly, we believe exceptional client service begins with exceptional people. We're committed to developing our team, strengthening the communities we call home, and building relationships that endure for generations.
