Companies grow when their people, leadership, and culture grow with them - and with intention.

At Harpoon, we partner with ambitious organisations to make sure that happens.

Not through one-size-fits-all frameworks, but through clear, actionable alignment between people strategy and business strategy. As a partner.

We help shape the conditions for sustainable growth by:
Designing leadership teams and roles that reflect the business strategy
Developing people’s capabilities to unlock performance
Structuring organisations with clarity, intention, and purpose
Bringing in talents that don’t just tick boxes, but who move the business forward

Our approach is human, strategic, and unapologetically honest. No BS.

We help you build the leadership, structure, and culture that drive it.
We don’t just support decision-making.
We help YOU build the leadership and culture that moves your business forward. Together.

Growth is not about speed. It’s about direction.
Let’s make sure your harpoon is aimed true.
