Ammar Shaar

Ammar Shaar has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ammar is currently working as a Frontend Engineer at Harri since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at Kiitos Technologies from July 2021 to January 2022.

Ammar also has experience as a Project Development Manager at Ghadeer Future Accelerators from September 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they closely worked with stakeholders, project consultants, and donor organizations to build a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem in Palestine.

Before that, Ammar worked as a Project Manager at Power X Go from June 2019 to September 2020, where they managed residential solar energy projects and was involved in technical feasibility studies and proposal writing.

Ammar also has experience as a Procurement Manager and Business Development Engineer at Surakji & Shaar Est. from January 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, Ammar had an internship as a Research and Development Engineer at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology in 2017, where they worked on research projects in the iEnergy Department.

Ammar Shaar completed their Master's degree in Sustainable Engineering from Arizona State University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering and Environment from An Najah National University from 2013 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Ammar also has several certifications. Ammar completed the "Foundations of UX Design" course from Google in December 2021, and the "Introduction to Cloud" course from IBM in January 2021. Ammar also obtained the "JavaScript" certification from Sololearn in 2021.
