Harriet Khataba Ltd works with organisations and senior leaders where the gap between capability and authority is costing more than anyone is saying out loud.

High-performing leaders get promoted. They deliver results, manage complexity, and present confidence in every room. And yet something still is not landing, in their presence, their decisions, or their ability to translate competence into the kind of authority that shapes culture and drives lasting organisational impact.

This is not a strategy problem. It is a leadership problem that runs deeper than strategy can reach, and it requires a different kind of intervention.

We provide strategic advisory, executive consultancy, and leadership transformation engagements that address what is running beneath performance, the patterns, identity-level gaps, and psychological dynamics that determine whether leadership development actually sticks or quietly reverts.

Our work spans:

strategic advisory and retained CEO partnerships, board advisory and external perspective, interim and contract executive roles, and organisational leadership consulting.

Every engagement is structured around what the organisation or leader actually needs.

Founded by Rhoda Harriet Khataba, former CEO, VP of Innovations, and President of Her Story Matters, with 15 years of executive leadership across finance, media, and international development, partnerships with the UN, UK government, and global institutions, and impact reaching over 15 million people across four continents.
