Amber Mitchener

Amber Mitchener is a seasoned training professional with extensive experience in developing and delivering educational programs across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Business Partner at Harris Computer since October 2014, Amber is responsible for internal training programs, leadership development initiatives, and the implementation of the SumTotal Maestro LMS. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Education Specialist at Ceridian, where Amber created courseware for Dayforce HCM, and as a Training Consultant for the Department of National Defense at IBM. Amber's career began as an SAP Trainer and HR Specialist with the City of Houston, following a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. Amber's expertise encompasses eLearning, instructor-led training, and onboarding processes across multiple sectors.
