Douglas Reid

Douglas Reid is a seasoned management and leadership educator with over two decades of experience in teaching strategy, implementation, and leadership at various academic institutions, including the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. They founded Reid Here & Associates in 1990, providing consulting services to corporate and public sector clients focused on strategy development and management. Currently, they serve as a Senior Adviser at Harris Computer, where they oversee strategy and leadership development for high-potential executives, while also working on a book about the performance impacts of measurement. Their educational background includes an MBA and a Ph.D. in International Business and Strategy from the University of Toronto and Ivey School of Business, respectively.
