Kathleen Ritch

Kathleen Ritch has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the software and technology industry. Kathleen currently serves as the Executive Vice President for Global Business Services at Harris Computer, where they are responsible for providing recruitment services and managing various business units across multiple countries. Prior to this, Kathleen was the VP of Integrations at Harris Healthcare, where they successfully integrated newly acquired companies into the organization. Kathleen has also held positions such as VP of Market Development at Harris Public Safety, VP of Sales & Marketing at Harris Healthcare, VP of Sales at Harris Education, and Executive Vice President at Harris Specialized Solutions. Before joining Harris Computer, Kathleen worked at ClassLink as the VP of Sales for their SIS software division. Kathleen started their career at Computer Management and Marketing Associates, Inc., where they launched the Education Division and developed partnerships within the EdTech community. Kathleen also has experience as a CEO/Founder at SofTEQ Communications, LLC and as President/Co-Founder at Vocational Marketing Concepts, LLC.

Kathleen Ritch attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a BA in Journalism & Public Relations. In 1986, they also studied at Universidad de Valladolid for a year, focusing on Spanish. Additionally, in 1985-1986, they completed a graduate program in Instructor Training at Dale Carnegie Training, specializing in Leadership & Public Speaking Skills.
