Daniel Tye

Daniel Tye is an experienced educator currently serving as Associate Assistant Principal at Harris Federation since September 2018, overseeing Year 7, primary to secondary transition, and More Able provision, with additional responsibilities in reprographics, marketing, and managing mentor/ECT induction as of September 2023. Daniel has held various roles including Senior Head of Department for Humanities and Subject Lead for History, as well as teaching history at different levels. Prior to this, Daniel worked as Head of Public Affairs at the Holocaust Educational Trust and held research and parliamentary assistant positions at the House of Commons for Sharon Hodgson MP. Daniel obtained a PGCE in Education from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Sunderland.
