Scaling a MedTech or Biotech company is never just about technology, it is about people. The right leadership and specialist teams create momentum, resilience and value, turning innovation into commercial success.

At Harris Lord Life Sciences, we partner with MedTech and Biotech companies to build those teams and help founders, boards and investors hire for scale, retention and long-term value.

We know that many growing companies do not fail because their science or technology is weak, but because they hire reactively. We help clients hire strategically, creating the structure, capability and culture to deliver growth.

With over 30 years of search expertise, we combine deep sector knowledge with a transparent, values-led approach. We give honest, informed advice, even when it challenges the brief, and only take on assignments we can deliver exceptionally well. Our success is built on partnership, challenge and a genuine commitment to long-term outcomes.

What We Do:

Executive Search – Leadership and C-suite appointments that define direction and capability.

Exclusive Search – For critical hires needing focus and accountability without a full retained model.

Talent Insight & Advisory Projects – Market intelligence, competitor mapping and team structure analysis to guide investment and hiring decisions.

Our Approach:
We build partnerships, not pipelines. Every search starts with understanding your goals, culture and commercial milestones. We challenge assumptions, benchmark the market and identify people who create lasting impact.

Our track record includes successful leadership builds for scaling MedTech and Biotech companies across the UK and Europe.

Our Values:
Collaborative, Respectful, Exceed Expectations, Advocate, Transparent, Evolve, the foundation of how we work and why clients choose to partner with us.

If you want a search partner who challenges, collaborates and delivers with pace and precision, let’s talk.
