Craig Thomas has extensive experience in the meat retail industry, working primarily with Raley's and Harris Ranch Beef Company since 1992. Craig's roles have included Sales Executive and Chain Account Merchandiser at Harris Ranch Beef Company, and various leadership positions including Meat Team Leader across multiple stints at Raley's. Additionally, Craig has a background as a Fire Fighter 1/EMT-D with the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and holds an Associate's Degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Sierra College.
