Ben Norman

Ben Norman, PE, is a Senior Engineer at Harris since August 2018, having previously served as an Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Door Engineering and Manufacturing and a Design Intern at Doucette's Special Events, where Ben utilized SolidWorks for 3-D modeling and conducted Finite Element Analysis. Additionally, Ben has experience as a Field Technician, managing teams and training new employees, and as a Grader at the University of Minnesota Duluth, where grading efficiency was key. Early work experience includes a Maintenance Crew position at New Richmond Golf Club. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 2017.
