Kayla Erion

Kayla Erion is an accomplished professional with a background in project cost analysis and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as Project Cost Lead and previously as Project Cost Analyst at Harris since June 2020, Kayla has demonstrated a strong career progression, moving from Billing Specialist to Project Cost Analyst. Kayla's leadership experience includes serving as President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at Ohio Valley University, representing the institution at biannual meetings, and holding the position of Vice President at Sigma Social Club. As a Team Captain for the lacrosse team during the 2017 and 2018 seasons, Kayla honed skills in communication and teamwork. An alumnus of Ohio Valley University, Kayla graduated in May 2020 with a degree in Energy Management and Production Engineering and Business Administration. Kayla's professional journey began with roles in customer service, including as a Cashier at Golden Chicken & Japanese Grill and as a server at Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center.
