Tim Blackburn

Tim Blackburn serves as the Regional Sales Leader at Harris since April 2024. Previously, Tim held various leadership roles at Millennium from February 2017 to February 2024, including Western Region Manager and Market Manager for the Mountain States, where responsibilities included P&L ownership, sales growth, and talent development across multiple locations. Tim's earlier experience includes positions at Trane, where as Service Solutions Leader, responsibility encompassed P&L management and team leadership across three states, and at Ingersoll Rand as Operations Manager for the Rocky Mountain District. Tim's career commenced at Hussmann, where, as Territory General Manager, responsibilities included overseeing service and installation operations across several states. Tim holds dual degrees in Urban Design/Geography/Engineering from the University of Utah.
