Harrison Finch is not a recruitment agency.
It’s a precision search unit for product-driven companies operating in complex, competitive environments.

We specialize in placing product leaders into high-velocity SaaS and AI-first organizations — where clarity, execution, and strategic judgment are non-negotiable.

We don’t scale.
We operate quietly and surgically — one mandate at a time.

Our model is system-led, trust-anchored, and built for outcomes, not activity.
Every candidate we present is assessed for intellectual sharpness, operational maturity, and long-term alignment — not just role history or performance claims.

We don’t compete with other agencies.
We engage when product direction is mission-critical and hiring mistakes are no longer affordable.
