David Rand is currently the Member of the Board of Directors at Hudson County Chamber of Commerce and also serves as the Managing Partner & Media Director at HarrisonRand Advertising, New Jersey's Longest Running Family Owned & Operated Advertising & Marketing Agency. With extensive experience in sales and advertising, David has previously held positions such as Director of Sales at Premier Retail Networks and National Account Executive at Outfront Media. Additionally, David has served as President of the Associates Chapter at the International Advertising Association - US Chapter. David holds a Master Classes Certificate in International Marketing from the International Advertising Association and a BSC in Advertising from the University of Miami.
