Harrisons homes are award winning estate agents covering Sittingbourne and Faversham area.

We believe in doing things differently and driving up standards in the housing industry. We use new innovation to deliver the best results for our clients. We have one of the lowest fall through rates in the UK as we recommend Reservation Agreements on all sales.

We don't believe in making our clients sign up with us for a fixed period, we believe our clients should stay with us because the want to not because they have too.

We have a strong marketing strategy on every house we sell, many of our homes are marketed and sold behind the scenes thanks to our unique Heads Up Property Alerts System, which works either instead of, or in conjunction with the property portals

We all undertake industry qualifications, and undergo continuous training to ensure we are up to date and qualified to give the best advice to our house sellers on one of the largest financial transactions they are likely to do.

If you aren't happy with the service you get from us, you can leave at any time.

Community is the heart of who we are, and we are very much part of the local community which we live and work in. We give back to local charities and are part of the computers for schools scheme, donating laptops to local schools.

Whatever your situation, at Harrison’s homes we personalise our service to suit your requirements. You will discover that we’re not about the sale, but the experience.

Our clients may start as strangers but they leave as friends.
