Eni Jucja

Eni Jucja serves as the Senior Vice President of People, Culture and Communications at HarrisX, having progressed through various roles including Vice President and Director since joining in February 2018. Responsibilities encompass managing communication efforts, overseeing social media, coordinating recruitment processes, and organizing major company events. Prior to HarrisX, Eni Jucja had a distinguished diplomatic career at the Albanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where roles included Diplomat/Political Officer at the Albanian Embassy in Washington DC and Public Diplomacy Senior Officer, focusing on US-Albania relations, organizing cultural events, and maintaining foreign media relations. Eni Jucja’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Foreign Languages from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle and two Master’s degrees in Law and Administrative Law from Universiteti i Tiranes.
