Ben Dumpleton

Ben Dumpleton is currently the Director of PE & Sport and the Safeguarding Team at AISL Harrow Beijing, where they lead policy and curriculum development, direct the sports program, and head the Beijing Safeguarding Network. They previously served as Assistant Principal at The Adeyfield Academy, focusing on supporting students and ensuring they reach their full potential. Before that, Ben held various roles at The Queensbury Academy, including Head of Year 11 and Raising Standards Lead, where they implemented strategies to improve student outcomes. Their early career included positions at The Cavendish School, where they coordinated gifted and talented programs, and at Harrow Beijing as a Pastoral Leader. Ben earned their education from UCL in 2020.
