With over three decades of experience in the global pharmaceutical industry, Frederick has held various roles including Vice President of Quality and Compliance at Teligent, as well as positions at Carter-Wallace and Schering-Plough. They have successfully guided companies through FDA inspections and regulatory compliance, demonstrating expertise in quality systems, vendor management, and risk assessment. Frederick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and multiple Master’s degrees in Labor and Employment Relations, with a commitment to fostering productive professional relationships within their teams.
