Michael Depaz

Michael DePaz, PharmD, currently serves as the Sr. Director of Access Solutions at Harrow, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michael DePaz was with Lumicera Health Services from March 2023 to October 2025, first as Director of Strategic Partnerships and previously as Sr. Manager of Industry Relations. Michael DePaz also held the position of Director of Clinical Strategy at Perigon Health 360 in 2022 and spent several years at Perigon Pharmacy 360 as Pharmacist In Charge and Chief Security Officer from September 2016 to October 2022. Earlier experience includes a Pharmacist role at Asti's South Hills Pharmacy from May 2012 to September 2018, where significant contributions included building a specialty at retail model. Michael DePaz began the pharmacy career with internships at Highmark and RITE AID. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University, completed in 2015.
