Tim Carder

Tim Carder serves as the National Director of Training at Harrow since March 2023, where responsibilities include developing and supporting a training team focused on excellence across six ophthalmic sales divisions. Previously, Tim held various roles at Allergan, including District Manager and District Sales Manager, managing a sales team and fostering relationships with ophthalmologists and optometrists to launch new products. Tim's experience also encompasses U.S. Sales Manager in Training & Development, where program implementation enhanced sales representative skills, and a strategic communications role for the External Disease team. Earlier positions include Director of Alumni Programming at Alpha Tau Omega National Headquarters and Certified Teller at Bank of America. Tim holds a BA in Political Science/Law and Society from the University of California, Riverside.
