Anne Augstein

Anne Augstein has a diverse background in human resources. Anne began their career as an intern at IKEA Group in 2007. Anne then worked at ADVA Optical Networking from 2008 to 2015, first as a Human Resources Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2015, they joined Sanmina as an HR Manager. Currently, Anne holds a role at Harry's, Inc. as a Senior HR Business Partner, a position they have held since 2017. Anne was recently promoted to Manager HR Business Partnering in October 2020.

Anne Augstein attended Werratal-Gymnasium Schwallungen from 1992 to 2000, where they completed their Abitur. Following this, they enrolled at Friedrich Schiller University Jena in 2000 and completed their studies in 2007. Anne obtained a Magistra Artium (M.A.) degree, specializing in Educational Science, Intercultural Business Communications, and Cultural Studies.
