Jack Sarno is a business-oriented General Counsel with over 25 years of experience advising high-growth companies. They served as Vice President of Worldwide Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary at Scientific Games from 2007 to 2015. Jack held the position of Counsel in M&A at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from 1998 to 2007.
