Michael Parra

Michael Parra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michael began their career at Lancome as an Engineer from 1996 to 1998. Michael then worked as an Engineer at PFI Inc. in 1998 before joining Colgate Palmolive as the Packaging Engineering Manager for the North America Division from 1999 to 2012. Parra then moved on to Avon, where they served as a Sr Engineering Manager in the Office of Productivity from 2012 to 2013 and later as the Senior Manager of Skin Care New Product Engineering and Development from 2013 to 2015. Michael then joined L'Oreal as a Director from 2015 to 2018 before becoming the Director of Quality and Process Engineering at Harry's, Inc. in 2018.
