Niranjan Ramesh

Niranjan Ramesh is a Senior Quality Validation Engineer at Harry's, Inc. since October 2022, with prior experience as an NPD Quality Engineer at American Bath Group from May 2018 to October 2022, where processes for New Product Introductions were developed, and plant teams were trained on First Article Inspection. Niranjan also held the position of Regional Quality Engineer at American Bath Group, responsible for creating over 50 Standard Operating Procedures and developing process maps and control plans for new product lines. Previous roles include Apprentice Engineer at Bosch India and Project Intern, focusing on quality control in automotive parts and continuous improvement in assembly operations. Niranjan holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Bangalore Institute of Technology.
