We build the future of healthcare - investing in healthcare real estate that performs financially and socially. Because care deserves real estate that lasts. For this generation and the next.

For us, healthcare real estate isn't a niche. It's the foundation of a vital society and a resilient portfolio.

Our mission is simple: We create sustainable, high-quality places where people can live with dignity, healthcare professionals can work with pride, and investors can achieve consistent, inflation-linked returns.

Our flagship Apollo Healthcare Property Fund focuses on Dutch care homes and care & treatment centres — essential buildings that meet an essential societal need and deliver steady, long-term value for our investors.

And increasingly, we go beyond the building itself. The care transition demands more than bricks and mortar — which is why we also offer financing solutions for care organisations. Because sometimes the best way to support good care is not through a building, but through capital. We combine our real estate expertise with direct financing to help care providers organise more efficiently, strengthen their properties, and build care concepts that are ready for the future.

We don't just talk about ESG. We build it in. We measure what matters, report transparently and keep improving. That's why we've maintained a 5-star GRESB rating for several years and are signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) - a standard we uphold in every project.

Founded in 2013, Hartelt is an independent fund manager, regulated by the AFM and DNB, owned by its senior management with NV LIOF, a Regional Development Agency owned by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, as a strategic minority shareholder.
