Henry DeCramer is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in financial leadership, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations, and manufacturing operations. Currently employed at Hartmann since January 2021, Henry oversees manufacturing line installation and business process optimization. Previous roles include serving as an ERP Project Manager at Sun Hydraulics and WestRock Company, where Henry leveraged over 25 years of expertise in finance, analytics, and process improvement. As Vice President of Finance at Cenveo, Henry led ERP implementation for the packaging and labels division. Notable achievements also include successful SAP implementations at The Colomer Group and conversion of general ledger systems at Smurfit-Stone. Henry holds an MBA from Jacksonville University and a Master's in Economics from the University of Florida.
