David Bailey

David Bailey is an experienced aviation industry professional currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Hartzell Engine Tech since January 2024. Prior to this role, David was the Vice President and General Manager at Kelly Aero, LLC. from June 2019 to May 2024. David held significant positions at Kellstrom Defense, where responsibilities included Vice President and Director of Repair Operations from October 2010 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes a decade as General Manager of Operations and Quality Control Manager at Thrust-Tech Aviation, along with a brief tenure as a Line Service Technician at Tarheel Aviation in 1997. David began a career in aviation as an Aviation Technician in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1997. David pursued education at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University during 1998-1999.
