Hiedi Pearson, CPHR, has extensive experience in human resources with a career spanning over two decades at Harvard Developments and Western Surety Company, as well as Harvard Western Insurance. Currently serving as Advisor and Vice President of Employee Services at Harvard Developments, Pearson has held various roles, including Human Resources Manager. Harvard Developments Inc. is recognized as one of Western Canada’s premier full-service real estate companies. At Western Surety Company, a leading provider of surety bonds for the Canadian construction industry, Pearson contributed to the organization until August 2023. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certificate of Business Administration from the University of Regina, along with a Business Programmer degree from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
