Charlene Chow

Charlene Chow is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research administration, project management, and user experience design. Currently serving as a Research Portfolio Manager at Harvard University since June 2021, Charlene previously held roles at Open Source Medical Supplies as a UX-QA lead, contributing to the development of the organization’s website and enhancing user experience. Past experience includes project assistance at Berklee College of Music, where Charlene coordinated budget management and policy implementation, as well as financial support at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Charlene began a career at Wesleyan University with various positions that included academic lab consulting and IT support. Charlene holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and has pursued further education at Harvard University.
