Intisar Rabb is a Professor of Law and History at Harvard University, where they have been teaching since 2015. Previously, they served as the Susan S. & Kenneth L. Wallach Professor at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute from 2014 to 2017 and were an Assistant Professor of Law at Boston College Law School from 2010 to 2012. Intisar has also held positions as a Carnegie Scholar for Studies in Contemporary Islam and as a law clerk for the U.S. Federal Judiciary - 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. They earned a PhD in Islamic Law from Princeton University and a JD from Yale Law School.
