Jacob Jorem

Jacob Jorem is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver at Helsedirektoratet since September 2021. Concurrently, Jacob holds positions as Stipendiat, Forsker, and universitetslektor at the University of Oslo since January 2018, and serves as a Styremedlem for Norsk Psykiatrisk Forening since March 2019. Jacob also maintains a role as Utviklingsansvarlig at Buddies since 2017. Previously, Jacob worked as Overlege, Konstituert overlege, and Lege i spesialisering at Diakonhjemmet Sykehus from 2016 to August 2021, and served on the board of OSLO LEGEFORENING from August 2019 to August 2021. Jacob began medical training as a Turnuslege at Nordlandssykehuset HF in 2014-2015. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Oslo, and Bachelor’s Degrees in International Relations from both the University of Oslo and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
