Kit Parker

Kit Parker is a Professor of Bioengineering and Applied Physics at Harvard University, where they direct an interdisciplinary research group focused on pediatric disease and materials science. They have served as an officer in the United States Army since 1992, with extensive experience in various assignments including deployments in Afghanistan and a current role as reserve faculty at West Point. Additionally, Kit is an advisor at Supermoon Capital, a founding editor-in-chief of Biophysics Reviews, and a co-founder of Desora, a BBQ design company. Kit's academic journey includes a PhD from Vanderbilt University and postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
