Luke P. Lee

Professor

Luke P. Lee is a Professor at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital. They received both a BA in Biophysics and a PhD in Applied Physics and Bioengineering from UC Berkeley. Lee joined the faculty at UC Berkeley in 1999 and held positions such as the Lester John and Lynne Dewar Lloyd Distinguished Professor and the Arnold and Barbara Silverman Distinguished Professor before moving to Harvard in 2020. They have trained over 79 PhD students and postdoctoral fellows, many of whom have pursued careers in academia and industry. Lee's current research interests include quantum biological electron tunneling, integrated molecular diagnostic systems, in vitro neurogenesis, and organoids on chip.
