Melisa Holzman

Melisa Holzman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement, talent management, and learning development, currently serving as the Managing Director for Staff Experiences and Engagement in Alumni Affairs and Development at Harvard University. Since October 2018, Melisa has led initiatives focused on staff engagement, onboarding processes, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. Prior roles at Harvard included Associate Director positions in Employee and Manager Effectiveness, Talent Management, and Education and Training, where Melisa implemented learning solutions and supported organizational competencies. Previous experience includes significant roles in learning and performance at MultiPlan, project management at BMC HealthNet Plan, and campus activities coordination at Dean College. Melisa holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies from Harvard University and additional graduate and undergraduate degrees in education and administration.
