Michael O'Hare currently serves as an ALI Fellow at Harvard University, contributing to the Advanced Leadership Initiative's mission of fostering sustainable social impact through education and collaboration. Previously, Michael held prominent roles in human resources, including Senior Advisor to the CEO and EVP/Chief Human Resources Officer at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., overseeing a global HR team for 70,000 employees. Michael's extensive experience also includes serving as EVP/Chief Human Resources Officer at The HEINEKEN Company and regional HR leadership roles at PepsiCo in both the Asia Pacific and Greater China regions. Additionally, Michael started a career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, focusing on the Telecom/Media sector. Michael earned an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is currently pursuing a Harvard Fellow in the ALI program.
