Phil Plencner

Phil Plencner is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in web development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Harvard University since July 2018, Phil previously held the position of Manager of Strategic Web Services at Johns Hopkins Medicine from August 2016 to July 2018. Between March 2010 and August 2016, Phil worked as the Web Applications Manager at Johns Hopkins University. Earlier experience includes roles at uxCast in product development, 1871 Media as a web developer, as well as positions at Guitar.com and Musician.com during the early 2000s as a web developer. Phil Plencner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
