Steven Randazzo

Steven Randazzo is a Visiting Research Fellow at Harvard University since December 2017, focusing on generative AI and its effects on knowledge work. Holding previous roles as Associate Program Director and Assistant Director at the Lab for Innovation Science at Harvard, Steven manages research on open innovation and the integration of digital technologies in organizations. As Head of Innovation at Altruistic, Steven leads efforts to develop private LLM models and training materials for generative AI. Steven has extensive consulting experience, having served as Senior Consultant at The 1920 Collective and as a Research Scholar for TEDMED. Steven co-founded huddlehive and held leadership positions in research and strategy at Viva + Impulse Creative Co. and the US Department of Health and Human Services. Earlier career roles include Legislative Liaison for the New Mexico Human Services Department. Education includes a PhD candidacy at the University of Warwick, a Master’s degree from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of New Mexico.
