Tim Cabot is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in material handling, coating applications, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chairman at Southworth Products Corp since September 2012, Cabot oversees the largest manufacturer of ergonomic material handling equipment aimed at enhancing worker productivity and safety. In conjunction with this role, Cabot has also been a Harvard ALI Fellow since August 2025, focusing on systems thinking and social entrepreneurship. Previously, as CEO & President of Katahdin Industries, Cabot guided the company in providing specialized coating services for the medical device sector.
