William Ury

Co-Founder, Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School

William Ury is an author, mediator, and co-founder of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, where they have served since 1982. They are also the founder and chair of the Abraham Path Initiative and a co-founder and distinguished fellow of the Harvard Negotiation Project, roles they have held since 2006 and 1979 respectively. With 30 years of experience, Ury works on a wide range of conflicts, aiming to provide resources and inspiration for reaching agreements at both personal and global levels.
