For over six decades, our firm has been committed to providing our clients with the highest quality construction. We have a passion for solving life-size puzzles using creativity, hard work and teamwork. Founded by Frank M. Harvey, Sr. and currently owned and operated by Frank M. Harvey, Jr., we’re driven to be one of Maryland’s premier commercial construction firms.

We provide a full spectrum of project delivery methods, including Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design/Build. Our portfolio spans both commercial and residential sectors, with projects throughout Baltimore, the greater Baltimore region, and expanded services across the Eastern Shore through our newly opened Ocean City office.
