Will Euston has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Will started their career as an Assistant Superintendent at SpawMaxwell Company in 2002. Will then worked their way up to Assistant Project Manager and later became a Project Manager, where they led project-specific teams through all phases of the general contracting process. Will joined Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders in 2010 as a Senior Project Manager, specializing in commercial and medical interior renovations. Will was responsible for managing multiple teams simultaneously and successfully completing multiple large-scale renovation projects. Currently, they hold the position of Project Director at Harvey | Harvey-Cleary Builders, starting in October 2021.

Will Euston attended Texas A&M University from 1993 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science. During their time at Texas A&M, they specialized in the field of study related to the construction industry. In 1996, they had a brief stint at St Johns College, Oxford University, where they focused on the subject of 17th Century English Renaissance. In 1997, they also studied Spanish and Cultural Studies at Universidad La Salle, A.C. Although no degree name is mentioned for the latter two experiences, it can be inferred that they were short-term courses or programs.
