Nikki Roberts is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in military, healthcare, and education management. They served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Navy from 1991 to 2009, later transitioning to roles such as Head of Corporate Governance for NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups from 2013 to 2018 and Law teacher at Itchen Sixth Form College from 2021 to 2023. Nikki also held positions as a Law/Leadership and Management Lecturer at Havant & South Downs College and PTHP University Lecturer at the University of Portsmouth. They are currently the Learning and Development Manager at Harwin, where they focus on enhancing organizational capabilities.
