HAS Consulting is a boutique innovation and advisory firm founded by Dr. Sam Sater, focused on solving complex, high-stakes problems across healthcare, biotech, AI, and systems design.

At HAS, we don’t just provide strategies — we reshape the very questions being asked. We apply advanced analytics, emotional intelligence frameworks, and belief-driven diagnostics to help leaders, startups, and institutions navigate uncertainty, unlock clarity, and design systems that serve both performance and humanity.

We operate at the intersection of:

Medicine & Systems Thinking

Emotional Intelligence & Leadership

Data & Human Insight

Whether advising on clinical care models, digital health platforms, or enterprise-scale transformation, our work is guided by one central truth: solutions must be emotionally intelligent to be sustainable and impactful.

Born from Dr. Sater’s experience as a physician-scientist and founder of Novorêx, HAS Consulting integrates scientific rigor with soulful intelligence — helping organizations not just solve problems, but transform culture, purpose, and outcomes.

We don’t just consult — we co-create futures.
Rooted in clarity. Driven by belief. Powered by humanity.
