Srini Deshiikan, Ph.D. has a wide range of work experience spanning over 35 years. Srini is currently the Director of Engineering, R&D at HASA Pool Inc. Prior to this, they worked for Henkel as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities Maintenance & Lean Operations from 2018 to 2021. From 2014 to 2018, Srini was the COO/VP of Engineering & Facilities at Diversified Nano Solutions Corporation. Srini spent a significant portion of their career at Xerox Corporation, where they held various roles including Senior Engineering Manager from 2008 to 2014, Engineering Manager from 2003 to 2008, and Senior Project Manager from 2000 to 2003. Earlier in their career, Srini worked as a Project Manager at Tektronix from 1997 to 2000 and as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Tulane University from 1996 to 1997. Srini began their professional journey as a Chemical Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where they worked from 1986 to 1992, initially as a Chemical Engineer and later as a Senior Chemical Engineer.

Srini Deshiikan, Ph.D. obtained an ME degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in 1986. Srini went on to earn a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University in 1996. In 2002, they completed an MBA degree at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Stay Lean with Kanban and Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators from LinkedIn in 2018. In 2008, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (DfLSS) from Xerox Corporation with Air Academy Associates and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (DfLSS) in 2006 from the same institution. In 2003, Srini completed the Manager Development Program from Xerox Corporation and a Project Management certification from Cadence Management Corporation.
