Alfred Lau

Alfred Lau is currently a Senior Manager of Business Excellence at Hasbro, having previously served as a Business Excellence Manager from 2019 to 2025. They managed cross-functional project teams to implement supply chain transformation initiatives and trained teams in Lean methodologies. Alfred's earlier experience includes roles such as Operational Excellence Manager at LSG Sky Chefs, where they developed continuous improvement strategies and facilitated Lean Six Sigma workshops. Alfred holds a Master of Science in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Global Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
