Alun Stowell

Alun Stowell serves as the Human Resources Director at Hasbro since July 2025, leading regional people strategies to align with global ambitions and drive commercial success. Prior to this role, Alun held the position of Human Resources Director for Europe and the Middle East at Aspen Technology, responsible for strategic HR activities across 24 countries. Previously, as the Global Head of HR for Hybrid Intelligence at Capgemini Engineering, Alun oversaw HR leadership and initiatives in Diversity & Inclusion. Alun also led human resource management at Tessella, achieving a Platinum level Investors in People award, and served as an HR Business Partner at Alphabet (GB) Limited, focusing on employee support and engagement. Alun holds an MCIPD in Human Resources Management and a Level 2 Assessment Certification in Personality & Ability Assessment from SHL.
