Dan Rawson serves as the General Manager of Direct to Consumer at Hasbro since July 2024. At Microsoft, from March 2020 to September 2022, Rawson was the Chief Operating Officer for Dynamics 365, where an initiative led to a 300% increase in leads and growth in licensing revenue. Earlier roles include General Manager and Vice President at Coupang, driving significant growth in the eCommerce sector, and various leadership positions at Flipkart, Amazon, and Dell, focusing on product management and fulfillment. Rawson began a career in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Captain. Rawson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Government from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
