Echo Hou

Echo Hou is a seasoned General Manager with over 10 years of experience in corporate compliance, specializing in supply chain risk management and sustainability. Currently serving as Manager of Supply Chain Sustainability at Hasbro, they focus on evaluating and controlling supply chain risks through compliance programs and capacity-building projects. Prior to this role, Echo held key positions at Elevate,利丰, and The Jones Group, where they led compliance initiatives and project management efforts. Echo has also undertaken a Business Sustainability Management short course at the University of Cambridge. They hold two Master's degrees in Law, with a focus on Human Rights and International Law.
