Jorge Márquez

Jorge Márquez is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal and business affairs, currently serving as the Head of Legal for Mexico at Hasbro since October 2022. Previously, Jorge held the position of Legal Counsel for Henkel, focusing on industrial businesses and regional projects related to mergers and acquisitions. Jorge's background includes significant roles at Covestro, where contractual frameworks were established across various business operations, and at Grupo Kaltex, where lease and manufacturing agreements were designed. Earlier in Jorge's career, notable contributions were made at Santana, Salinas & Soto Abogados, managing corporate, immigration, and intellectual property law, as well as at Reséndiz Wong and Alamilla Pérez Abogados in various junior and senior legal capacities. Jorge holds a Specialization in Tax Law and a Degree in Corporate Law from Universidad UDF Campus Santa María.
